Nick Hinrichs is a highly experienced attorney who has successfully represented numerous clients in cases involving catastrophic accidents and serious injuries. Nick is committed to helping his clients recover substantial compensation for their injuries, including medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and disfigurement.

Nick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his law degree from St. Mary’s University. He began his legal career as an assistant prosecuting attorney at the Platte County Prosecutor’s Office, where he prosecuted felony criminal cases ranging from involuntary manslaughter to crimes against children. Nick’s experience as a prosecutor allowed him to develop and hone his courtroom skills, bringing over 30 trials to verdict.

After spending several years in the prosecutor’s office, Nick transitioned into representing injured individuals. He recognized a need for compassionate and effective representation for those who had suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others. Nick’s unique background as a former prosecutor provides him with a deep understanding of the legal system and the ability to effectively advocate for his clients.

Nick is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. His extensive trial experience and legal knowledge set him apart from other attorneys and make him a trusted advocate for his clients.
